Polar Vortex Dominates Early April Weather Patterns
Let’s talk about the weather… It’s been nice! Boats have been out on Lake St. Clair and both catches of walleye and bass are up. The water quality and weather have both been reasonable after a rocky period with east winds and dirty water last week. All that is about to change.

From the National Weather Service 03/30/2016
If you can tolerate the wind, rain and storms on Thursday the fishing should be pretty good as we go into the last hours before the front passes through. The winds are supposed to be SSW and even though there will be some protection along the U.S. shoreline, make safety the first priority.
